WORK ORDERS/SERVICE CONTRACT


Below is the service contract that each client MUST sign before work can begin. This is used for any project that is estimated at $100 or more. This work order will also serve as a service contract. This work order is an agreement of work and/or services to be performed by Web Weavers of Taos and reimbursed by the 'client' ['client' stands for the company/individual or authorized representative of the company or individual requesting services from Web Weavers Taos] for said work and/or services. By signing this work order, the client agrees to the following:
  1. Work detail is limited to the breakdown [itemized on attached estimate or quote];
  2. All work outside the estimate or quote will require a new work order [and estimate or quote];
  3. New sites or any work that is estimated by Web Weavers of Taos for a client that is $100 or above requires a deposit of 1/2 the total due;
  4. New sites will not be uploaded to the clientıs server until final payment is received and cleared the bank.
  5. Final payment on new sites is due Net 15 from the date of invoice date, not the date the invoice is received by the client;
  6. All invoices are Net 15 [except deposits, as described in #3]. There is a 10 day grace period for payments. After the grace period has expired, a monthly finance charge of 1.5% will be compounded daily from the date the invoice due date, not the end of the grace period. Where applicable, if payment on an invoice is not received within 45 days of due date, all work performed will be removed [i.e., a new site will be removed from the internet, site updates will be reversed, etc.];
  7. Work estimates are only estimates. Clients must be aware that the final invoices may be slightly higher or lower than the estimates. Web Weavers of Taos guarantees that final invoices will not exceed 10% of the estimate;
  8. Client has received and agrees to Web Weavers of Taos' policies as stated in: Web Weavers of Taos Web Design Policies as supplied by Web Weavers of Taos.
By signing this work order, Web Weavers of Taos agrees to the following:
  1. To complete work as detailed on the estimate or quote [where applicable];
  2. To complete the work in a prompt and professional manner;
  3. To perform debugging and error corrections [when applicable] to work at no extra cost to client and in a timely and professional manner;
  4. To invoice promptly and accurately [invoices will not be more than 10% higher than estimate];
  5. To honor the grace period for payments and to honor any client's intent to pay;
  6. To provide client with Web Weavers of Taos' policies and procedures and a complete and accurate estimate of work before the signing of this work order.
